Campaign and Offer Conditions

The website reserves the right to carry out promotional campaigns on dates it deems relevant, which can be changed whenever necessary.

All items selected to be part of the campaigns/offers are available on the website for sale, however there may be extraordinary situations over which we do not have full control and which may prevent us from fulfilling an order. With this, a sales agreement between a registered user and the brand only begins after the first has received an email message confirming the shipping of the respective order.

If the item(s) are sold out, Pés de Cereja undertakes to inform the customer and reimburse them with the amount paid, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of knowledge of this unavailability and respective request from the customer.

In the case of a refund request for an item purchased at a reduced price, due to an offer/campaign, Pés de Cereja will always refund the amount actually paid by the customer and not the entire amount.

Pés de Cereja is not responsible for the fact that a customer may have previously purchased, at a higher price, a product that is now part of an offer/campaign.

During the campaign period, deliveries may exceptionally be delayed due to the increase in the number of orders during that period. If you consider that too much time has passed from payment confirmation to shipping confirmation, please contact us by email: info@pesdecereja.pt .

Unique price campaign on selected brands and items, taking place in physical and online stores.

Valid between February 1st and February 24th, 2024. Limited to existing stock and cannot be combined with other current campaigns.

Sales

The Outlet is an area of ​​the website made up of promotional items from previous collections. Promotions can go up to -50% and generally has items with a limited number of sizes available .

The Outlet is exclusive to the online store. Promotions are valid until December 31, 2024.

Promocode

The Promocode is a promotional code that is inserted at the final stage of paying for an order, and which gives it a discount compared to the final price. This discount differs from campaign to campaign and it has an expiration date, so we recommend that you check its conditions.

The promocode cannot be combined with another promocode or campaign in effect.
