Exchanges and Returns

To request an exchange and/or return, we ask that you contact us via email - info@pesdecereja.pt , indicating the order number and what you want. Or you can go directly to one of our physical stores.

All items must be in conformity, that is, in the same condition in which they were sent, without any signs of use or damage.

EXCHANGES

They are accepted for purchases made in the online store, within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the order processing date.

In case of exchanges via CTT, they are sent between 1 and 3 business days after receipt by Pés de Cereja.

RETURNS

The customer may exercise the right to return a voucher (valid for 6 months). Or the value, for purchases made in the online store, via bank transfer, within a maximum period of 30 days, counting from the date of processing the order.

In the case of returns via ctt, Pés de Cereja undertakes to return the amount in question to the customer within a maximum period of 10 days, after receiving the item and providing the requested data.

If you have chosen the Klarna payment method (3 interest-free installments):
  • Exchanges: if made for an item with a lower value than the initial purchase, the difference will be refunded as a voucher. If the exchange is for an item of greater value than the initial purchase, you will have to pay the difference. If you do so in a physical store, it will be using the available payment methods.
  • Returns: if you make a partial or total return of the order, it will be made by the Klarna entity, through the respective platform, within a maximum period of 10 working days.

    For both situations:

    For orders destined for mainland Portugal and Peninsular Spain,
    you can:
    • Send the item together with the original box, and/or label(s) and the respective purchase receipt. The item must be sent packaged (you can use the same shipping packaging, if it is suitable), with the return label attached (known as “Easy Return”), which will be included in the initial shipment of your order to you . And deliver to any CTT post. Therefore, there is no additional cost associated with the first exchange.
    • Go to one of our physical stores;
    For orders destined for the Islands - Madeira and Azores, the rest of Europe and the World, you must:
    • Send the item together with the original box, and/or label(s) and the respective purchase receipt. The item must be sent packaged (you can use the same shipping packaging, if it is suitable), to the following address:
