These Easter activities will entertain children and even adults!
Pés de Cereja knows that anyone with children at home can't spend Easter without a genuine egg hunt, a painted bunny and some delicious butter cookies . Therefore, we leave you with these three suggestions for activities to spend a weekend filled with sweets and lots of love!
Chocolate Egg Hunt
In addition to being a really fun activity to cheer up the little ones on Easter Day, it is also very easy to organize and prepare .

It only takes 5 steps to have an unforgettable egg hunt!
1. Prepare the invitations
Get your children excited and create a little Easter card in the shape of an egg, letting them know that there will be an egg hunt on Easter weekend.
2. Hide the eggs
Count on at least five eggs per child.
Eggs are the highlight of this hunt and therefore, it is important that they have vibrant colors so that they can be easily found.
3. Prepare the basket
To be able to collect the eggs they discover during the Easter hunt, children will need a container and the best one is, without a doubt, a basket!
If you don't have any, you can always make cardboard or use decorated buckets.
4. Clues and hiding places
Ideally, an Easter egg hunt should take place outdoors, however you can also use the inside of the house.
Make the activity more dynamic and give tips if it is cold, if they are far from finding the eggs, warm, if they are close, and hot, when they are about to find the eggs.
5. Award the winner
At the end of the hunt, count to see who found the most eggs and reward the winner.
It's important to have a prize at the end for all the children, even those who didn't win.

Easter bunny on card
For children, painting and getting their hands dirty is the highlight of the day, so create an Easter bunny for your child to store all the chocolates they received.

You will need:
- 1 carton of eggs;
- 1 sheet of white paper;
- Filter pens of various colors;
- Watercolors;
- Scissors;
- Glue.
|
Step 1 Paint the egg carton with watercolors in whatever color the family agrees on and let it dry.
Step 2 Cut out all the necessary shapes for the bunny:
- two circles from the sheet of paper;
- two small, thick rectangles;
- four wide and thin rectangles;
- two large ovals and cut out one of their ends;
- Finally, cut out a large circle to make a ball out of it.
Step 3 Using the filter pens, paint a black circle on each of the two circles and four long, thin rectangles. In the middle of the ovals, make an oval line, dividing it into two shapes. You must color the two outer parts in one color, with felt-tip pens, and the two inner parts in a different color.
This way, they will look really cute and fun, with one color on the outside and another on the inside. Finally, paint the small paper ball red with watercolor.
Step 4 Place the ears (oval shapes) on the back of the egg carton; then the eyes (circular figures) on the front of the box as well as the thin and long black rectangles, which will be the rabbit's whiskers; lastly add the white rectangles below the mustaches and the red ball in the center of the mustaches.
